Ride the Positioning Move, Philadelphia to New York

Ride along with Luxury Rail Travel as we deadhead the Alexander Hamilton from Philadelphia to New York City. These moves, often called "Positioning Moves" are often sold by private car owners to give people a chance to see what riding a private car is like for a fraction of the cost.

We will be leaving Philadelphia's 30th St. Station at 3:05 pm on October 30, 2016 and heading for New York's Penn Station along Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. We will be on the rear end of Amtrak's Pennsylvanian as we roll at speeds up to 90mph through suburban Pennsylvania and New Jersey before plunging under the Hudson River and into Penn Station at approximately 4:50 pm. 

Food will not be offered, but drinks and light snacks may be available for an extra cost. You may also bring your own food and drink onboard. 

Tickets are $125 each, but for a limited time, tickets are on sale for $105, a $20 savings. Tickets are limited to 30 passengers, so don't delay if you want to experience riding a private rail car for a fraction of the price.
